Cuphead TOG phase one

Decided to draw good ol' Brett (as a bottle head, in this case a beaker) as a Cuphead-style boss! I made his cap a cork, and gave him a pair of wings. There will be two more phases. This phase would involve physical attacks, his own peashooter, and attacking you with parryable electricity from his plug tail.
