Homyaketya by Ashlynnii Homyaketya by Ashlynnii
I think I may have finally solidified the alphabet for the Hommalaienrans language, Homyaketa! It is written similar to Hangul, with letters being put into blocks (in this case, up to 5 letters per block) instead of being written "normally." For the blocks, they are most of the time read from big-letter-to-right-to-down-to-left, with spaces to seperate words. The language (traditionally, such as on paper) is written right-to-left, top-to-bottom, but with the rise of the digital age (such as "Say What?") in Fellgaijah, left-to-right writing (or typing, more like it) is becoming more common. The orange text reads "Binjiimg (bin-jEE-mg). Weunam (weh-OO-nam) uzidug (OO-zEE-dOOg) do (doh, o as in "mop") sromhu (srOm-hOO) do (same as before)!", which translates into "Hint. Read right-to-left!" (or, more literally, "Help: Move right-to-left-to!"). Sorry for all of the pronunciation guides, just felt the need to get that out of the way (and I don't know how to use IPA, so whipee!).

I hope you like it!

(Edit 2: Added SH and CH; forgot them!)

Hmm... if you are going to have syllble blocks with 5 letters I'd propose you use a 2 - width to 3 - height not a square for the blocks.

I experimented a bit with something like that before that seems to look better for blocks containing 5-6 or less symbols. A square looks the best with 4 symbols in my opinion.

On that topic; the reason I put so many letters in blocks is because that is the quickest way for me to write it and the easiest to write it in it's reading direction ( my reading ref sta.sh/01bdrbrxnmfj ); just my thought process about it.
